maybe he's overpowered...... i'm sure as hell not. I have a lovely 50 mdc body armor, but if i'm not wearing that, you can fear my 11 HP and 38 SDC! FEAR ME!

Basically other than that, I am a god at machines. I can operate them as well as anyone who trained their whole life to do so, know how to fix them, can prevent them from working, and mentally merge with them, all by being close and/or touching them. So basically, I'll be a squishy who runs from battle asap, only using his weapons to fight if he absolutely needs to.....

at least until i acquire a badass power armor (like a glitter boy) and then soup it up, add on machine guns, rocket launchers, and a jet pack, making me an unstoppable force! bwahahahhaa then i will take over the coalition, followed by the world, and enslave all humans, while making dragons my attack squad, and summon a demon to help me keep control over my dominion! bwahahhaa! my tyranny will not be surpassed!

yeah, the 80 MDC for 15 ISP only lasts 2 min/lvl... so 2 minutes currently. so in the current situation, assuming you are a 'good guy', i just wasted 15 ISP. in fact, i've blown through 27 ISP and only 2 of it really made a difference. could be considered bad mental management, or decent roleplaying a cautious (bird)man in an unfamiliar land. meh, either way. i hope you're making sammiches back behind that generator... because i brought a knife to cut off the crusts!

I figure that my character would be conservative, mostly because of the way the coalition views psionics. She's kinda "on parole" for now.

2 min is 8 melee's right? that's more MDC than I can dish out in that time, so you're safe for now. On the other hand, I get 20 for 5 for 2 min, but it regens...i guess it is kinda balanced.

so if Andrew really doesn't have any MDC armor at this time, he really should watch out...*cough*

well, seeing how i was just out of the office, on the streets, talking to the side arm slayers, i'm about 99.999999% sure that i'd be wearing my armor.

and yeah, 2 min = 8 melees. but while you can't dish out that much, you also won't be the only one dishing it out.

i'm pretty sure you could do that much in 8 melees... unless i'm not remembering combat correctly. 1 melee = how many actions you can perform in 15 sec, correct? or is it 1 combat is how many actions you can perform and a melee is one round of those actions.... now i'm confused?

if the above is correct: 3 actions per melee (for most of us i'm guessing) means 24 actions in 8 melees. can you average 4 damage per action? even a standard energy pistol can probably dish out 4 on average.

good thing i've got the force field + armor.
