So, despite a number of posts referring to me on the Novemterra threads, i can't respond to them because i'm not in the usergroup.

I'll play either group (likely the new one). I just want to actually /play/ a character for once. I /NEVER/ get to play characters for more than a single game.

That's just cuz you're always interested in DM'ing

Yeah, way to post who's group everyone is in in your forum and not the adventuring group forum. I was really confused as to why everyone suddenly knew where they belonged for a little while.

we can't. Jerry's divided it already.

well that's unfortunate. Personally, the best method of treasure splitting i've ever seen, is where you immediately spend the GP to identify all items, then after that, you total the full price of everything together, then divide by the party size. Then, everyone gets that amount of money worth of items, coin, or goods. so say each character gets 1200gp worth. One character has his eyes set on a +1 sword, worth 1000gp if they sell it. Therefore, he would get the sword, plus 200. the next character doesn't like everything, so she would get the full 1200gp in cash (or any item she could sell that nobody else wants to give her the full amount.)

personally, I hope that's how everything gets split up....

Also, if there is a dispute between an item, there can always be a bidding war :)

no, no bidding wars. just man on man duels at the grilling/zap zone get togethers. Laser pistols in total darkness? I accept!

in the three games we played last year i went 1/4, 2/4, 2/4!!

when i finally get a new car, ie transportation, i'll gladly come back at some point and try it. I've been pretty good in games before..... like i played a 24 player game 3 times and was in the top 2 all 3 times, only having my little brother beat me once. If we all go to zap zone, i think he should come too. not only is he pretty good for a 13 year old, but he loves it :)

The more people we have with us, the fewer people we have to count on from others.
