I'm more than a little bit excited about this.....

Wow cool I'm currently 3rd?! Sweet!

I'm also pretty happy with last week's resulting in MSU and UM both winning. I'm still heavily MSU-favored, but I'm slowly warming up to the Maize and Blue.

I suspect that were it not for the last couple bad seasons UM experienced, I would probably still be cheering against them (good-naturedly, of course). But the fact that they've recently looked a bit more like underdogs has me rooting for them a bit more now. I don't know. To me, the MSU squad just seems to have a fun personality.

I thought the story about the guy who was saved from being a paralytic was pretty touching.

I'll be sending out an update later this afternoon on the standings and such. Good job so far in week 1 - I certainly didn't fare as well... sigh. There are definitely going to be some good (and tough) games coming up in week 2.
